Barela and Stewart Familes upgrade our planter!
Barela and Stewart Families upgrade our front landscape!

Special thanks to Stephanie and Robert Barela, Jeff Murdock, Mr. Tubbs, Steve Graovac, and Hope alumni, Pascual as they completed the final grading for our new 5th grade outdoor study area between rooms 16 and 18.  The pavers are now in and this area is used daily by our students now!   Thanks for making our school great!

Eagle Scout Paving Project by Russell Silberberger
Eagle Scout Paving Project by Russell Silberberger

Thank you North Coast Church for installing those awesome bench/tables for our Native Habitat Garden.  They also added a weed barrier, mulch, and drip irrigation to the area.  Almost all our picnic tables were repainted on the top surfaces and a nice green band was painted around our bathroom building on the blacktop.  Over 20 people worked five hours to help improve our campus.  Thanks for your service!

New pavers

In this photo below, Sean just completed a paver project between rooms 2 and 4.  We appreciate his hard work and the dozens of volunteers who helped him improve our campus.  This extended learning area will also boast a mini garden for our students to manage. This was part of Sean's Eagle Scout project.

Picnic tables are sanded

In the photo below, Eric completed the restoration of our picnic tables.  He organized a team of volunteers to sand, stain, and seal the tables that our students use for outdoor education time.  Eric completed the project as part of his Eagle Scout project. Thanks Eric and your crew!

New mosaic circle image

The student mosaic pavers have been installed in the garden.  This 10 foot diameter platform, as seen below, holds all the mosaics students created in the art class.  Special thanks to Mitch Miller, Eric Germundson, and R. Tubbs for their work to build this concrete slab and install the pavers. It looks great!
